    • Good location. Very good service. Comfortable room.

    Cons -

    • Breakfast is kind of boring
    • Same breakfast every day
    • The breakfast is average to us. It might be this is our 2nd time to stay in this hotel. There is no new choices for us and we feel the food choices to us are limited. The quality of food is good and we might be spoiled :-)

The location is so convenience for Narita airport. The subway is just right next to the hotel and it goes directly to the airport without transiting. The room is huge (71 meter square) in modem japanese style. My family impressed by the room design and also the modem japanese tatami style. We really enjoy it and wanna to stay longer if we could.

Everything is close. The supermarket downstairs, the Solamachi mall. Then if you want to go to ginza, euno or akihabara the train is just in front of the hotel probably a 2 mins walk going to train station

Nothing all is good. The room some will say small but that is just the japan standard

I booked the movie room and it was so nice! They also had a lot of free snacks and a nice library as well

    10LindsayPosted on: 12-18-2025

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and was the perfect start to our Japan trip. From the moment we arrived, staff welcomed us with warm smiles and were so accommodating. The room was spacious, immaculate and with a beautiful view of the Christmas lights and lit up stairs of the Solamachi Mall. Beds were comfortable, loved the bath and shower too. Breakfast at the Sizzler was delicious and so fresh, had amazing salads every morning and loved the variety they had with Japanese and Western style dishes. Location was superb, and the big supermarket downstairs was so convenient! Also appreciated that there were microwaves available for use (I love getting meals from the grocery store!) It was fun walking across the road to the mall, and we also went to the Aquarium and Christmas market at Skytree. We enjoyed walking Sensoji temple and around Asakusa from the hotel. It was easy to get around on the train to all the main attractions we wanted to see in Tokyo. Would definitely stay here again!

I am thankful for the hotel gave me a quiet room with a nice city view. The breakfast was a nice combination of western and Japanese. The hotel front-desk surprised me by its size - but it may be common in Tokyo. The staffs are helpful and friendly. The hotel is conveniently located, with malls, restaurants, subway station, Tokyo Skytree, etc. within walking distances. Overall, it is a good 3-night stay - It could be even better if the hotel had more tourist information, such as, brochures, maps, etc. prepared for foreigners who visit Tokyo at the first time.

The book-themed room is a surprise for us. My kids love all the books on the shelf. The Share lounge is also a nice treat with all the included drinks and food.

    Our stay is too short

LOVED the location, such a beautiful area and super close to the train station. The supermarket downstairs was also soo good!

The amenities had to be collected from the reception area, would be preferable if they were placed in the rooms everyday!

    9TaraPosted on: 10-22-2025

The hotel located right across from the Skytree, so the view is amazing, and there was basically a whole mall/center for you to enjoy nearby. The hotel is also located next to several train stations in a pretty quiet neighborhood.

The down side of the hotel area is located further away from the main centers like Shinjuku, Shibuya, Harajuku. It would take around 45min to 1hr one way to get to those centers.

Very close to transit. Very close to the mall.Good restaurant for dinnerStaff very friendly and helpful

Didn’t realize how far away from our tour meetup it was.

The Sauna room was very nice, and when reading more about this hotel's advertising on the property, it is clear that they are really trying to emphasize their "sauna experience" and it shows in their dedication to this task. They clean the sauna rooms daily, but you can let them know in advance when you would like it cleaned (they clean them between 10 AM and 2 PM). The oil that you can add to the sauna water is very strong, but adds a new layer to the experience.

The breakfast buffet could be better; you would get better quality by shopping at a nearby convenience store and it would be cheaper as well. However, the food is clean and there should be no concern about getting food poisoning from the buffet.

The stay was very good and the share lounge was a nice feature of this hotel. However, there is a fee to use the lounge and the breakfast is mediocre. The breakfast bar ran out of food well before the end time.

Communication with staff was very difficult as many of them did not speak English well. The cleaning staff did not check thoroughly to ensure the in room amenities were available. The conditioner in our room was completely empty at the time of check in and it took two days and asking them twice to replace. That is simply unacceptable for a premium hotel. While some staff are very polite, others were not. Upon check-in, the staff did not explain anything about the lounge or the hotel amenities. They did not make me and my party feel welcomed. After a long flight and train ride to the hotel, a little hospitality would have been appreciated. The hotel is in a great location due to it being close to SkyTree Town.. Unfortunately, for the premium it charges, it did not quite live up to expectation and it has a lot of room for improvement. I suggest the hotel staff to receive more training and offer better services to the guests to help make their stay more comfortable, and most of all adjust their attitude. It makes a world of difference.Be mindful of any hidden fees. We received a rude email after we've checked out that because of trash we left behind, they will charge us a fee. It seems to be a bad decision for the hotel to leave the guest with such a bad taste after they've left, and asking for a fee is moot. For a hotel that charges upwards of $600 USD a night to as high as $1000, informing the guest there is a fee to take out the trash is laughable. The hotel itself and location is great, and for the hotel's sake, I really hope they adjust their attitudes and not be so petty and uptight. If they should charge any such fees, they should fairly and prominently disclose it in the booking details.Overall, dealing with the staff was quite stressful, otherwise the room was nice and the location is great.I hesitate to recommend this hotel to others and would only stay there again if the prices drop to the level of the service they actually provide.

Sizzler's breakfast... was decent. American breakfast. quick easy and included in our stay. nice view.

The location was great. Really close to Oshiage station. There’s a train that goes by the hotel but you can barely hear it. There’s a mall across the street and a store below the hotel which is very convenient. Our room was very spacious, worth the higher price.

Like others mentioned, the breakfast stayed the same the whole time we were there. Wish they made some changes.

The location of the hotel is perfect, near to skytree, stations and a lot of shops around. The room was immaculate and the staff were courteous and delightful.
